Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.lawcrawfordllc.com and all content, products, services, forms, downloads, podcast materials, and booking features provided by LAW CRAWFORD LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into an agreement to purchase services.

Educational and Faith-Based Content

Website and podcast content, including Balance for Working Christian Moms, is provided for general education, inspiration, and encouragement. It is not legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice. Visiting the website, listening to the podcast, or contacting LAW CRAWFORD LLC does not create an attorney-client, coach-client, or other professional relationship. A coaching or professional relationship begins only after the required agreement and payment have been completed. Results are not guaranteed, and you remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and well-being.  There are absolutely no legal services being provided or offered through this site.  Any requests for legal advice will be declined.

Coaching, Speaking, Payments, and Cancellations

Prices, payment options, deliverables, and program terms will be disclosed on the applicable sales or checkout page or through a contract agreement you will receive at a later date/time. A payment plan divides the full program price into installments and is not a cancel-anytime membership. Purchases are also governed by the applicable coaching agreement, speaking agreement, and Refund and Cancellation Policy. Payments may be processed by third-party providers, whose terms and privacy practices also apply.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, including the LAW CRAWFORD LLC name and branding, Balance for Working Christian Moms, podcast recordings, written materials, graphics, frameworks, downloads, courses, and presentations, are owned by or licensed to LAW CRAWFORD LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the content for personal, noncommercial use and may share links to public episodes with proper attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, record, republish, sell, distribute, scrape, impersonate, or use the content to create competing products or train artificial-intelligence systems without prior written permission.

Podcast Guests and Submissions

The opinions of podcast guests are their own and do not necessarily represent LAW CRAWFORD LLC. When submitting an inquiry, testimonial, photograph, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it. Submission does not guarantee selection, publication, or a business relationship. Recording or publication rights will be addressed separately when appropriate.

Acceptable Use and Third-Party Services

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, infringe another person’s rights, or use the website for unlawful purposes. Links and embedded tools operated by third parties are provided for convenience. LAW CRAWFORD LLC does not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or practices.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAW CRAWFORD LLC disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, podcast, or related content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by Minnesota law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Minnesota, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
